Mary Jones holds an MFA from Bennington College. Her fiction has appeared in Meridian, Elimae, The GSU Review (now New South), The Chicago Quarterly Review, among others, and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize. She has been selected as the 2011 prose fellow from The University of Arizona Summer Residency Program, and in July her work will be featured in an anthology from Carve. She lives in Los Angeles where she is at work on her first short story collection.
